The Diocese of Phoenix is pleased to share Bishop John Dolan’s first Pastoral Letter “TILMA” in which he shares with us a seven-year pastoral plan on evangelization for the Diocese, gearing up to December 9, 2031, the 500th anniversary of Our Lady’s apparitions on Tepeyac Hill. The Pastoral Letter also presents to us the many opportunities of graces and blessings that the Jubilee Year of Hope 2025 will bring.
Also included is Bishop Dolan’s decree designating five churches in our Diocese as Jubilee sites during this Jubilee Year.
